Title. This ordinance shall be known as the "City of West Allis Open Video Systems Ordinance".

15.452.

Purpose. This ordinance authorizes the City of West Allis to regulate open video systems to the full extent permitted by law, and specifically provides that regulations for cable television (Chapter XV, Subchapter II, Sections 15.04 through 15.42 of the Revised Municipal Code) shall apply to open video systems.
